This Refund Policy covers digital book purchases made on this Website, book purchases made via Amazon, and advisory engagement deposits. Please read the relevant section for your situation.
All sales of digital books purchased directly through alqabbatadvisory.com are final. No refunds are issued for digital downloads once the download link has been accessed.
Exception — Corrupted or Failed Delivery: If the file delivered is corrupted, incomplete, or the download link fails to function, a replacement link will be issued within 24 hours of your request. To request a replacement, email ahmad@alqabbatadvisory.com with your order reference and a description of the issue.
This policy applies to the Executive Edition, Practitioner's Guide, EXPOSED, and Already Here, whether purchased individually or as part of a bundle.
For books purchased through Amazon.com or Amazon.sa, Amazon's standard refund and return policy applies. Alqabbat Advisory has no control over Amazon refund decisions and cannot process refunds for Amazon orders directly. Please contact Amazon customer service for assistance with Amazon purchases.
Advisory engagement fees and deposits are non-refundable once the Advisory Engagement Agreement is signed and work has commenced. This applies to Tier 1 (Diagnostic), Tier 2 (90-Day Mandate Advisory), and Tier 3 (Retained Advisor) engagements.
Work is deemed to have commenced upon receipt of signed agreement and cleared payment, at which point Alqabbat Advisory begins scheduling, preparation, and resource allocation for your engagement.
The following conditional guarantee applies exclusively to Tier 1 diagnostic and gap assessment engagements:
If the gap register delivered does not identify at least three documented compliance exposures not previously known to the client, the full engagement fee will be refunded within 14 days of delivery.
This guarantee is void if: the client's input materials are incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld at any point during the engagement. The guarantee applies to the engagement fee only and does not cover expenses, third-party costs, or ancillary charges.
This guarantee does not apply to Tier 2 or Tier 3 engagements, which have their own position statements described in the Advisory Engagement Agreement.

We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and respond with a decision within seven (7) business days.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
