You've completed the 90-day SREF® Validation Mandate. You've delivered the Executive Assurance Report. The SREF® Certification Programme is the formal recognition of that competency — the SAO designation for Saudi industrial compliance professionals.
The SREF® Certification Programme validates that you have applied the framework in a live industrial environment and produced a defensible compliance posture. The SAO designation is earned, not issued.
The pathway follows the structure of the Practitioner's Guide. Each stage maps to a deliverable. Certification is issued when all three stages are complete and reviewed.
You complete the SREF® Assessment Calculator across all three compliance domains for a real industrial environment. Submit your scored baseline with documented scope boundaries and audit domain selection.
You execute the 47 SREF® test procedures across your selected audit domains and compile audit evidence against OTCC-1:2022, ECC-2:2024, and IEC 62443 requirements. Gaps are mapped to SAR-denominated revenue exposure.
You deliver the final Executive Assurance Report using the SREF® templates from the Practitioner's Guide. The report is reviewed against the SAO competency criteria by Alqabbat Advisory. Upon successful review, the SAO designation is issued.
The SREF® Certification Programme recognises professionals at three levels — from practitioners who have completed a structured assessment to those who have led a full 90-day mandate.
The SREF® Certification Programme is accepting expressions of interest for Cohort 1. Waitlist members will be contacted when enrolment opens and receive priority access to certification briefings and programme details.
